How do I restore my shared albums back onto my iphone after logging out of icloud and then logging back in?

So I logged out of icloud on my iphone and then when i logged back in one of my shared albums wasn't there and didn't contain all the pictures that it had before. How do I fix that so the whole shared album is back on my phone? When i plug my phone into the computer the complete shared album comes up on iphoto, but i cant figure out how to get it all back on my phone. Thanks!
