I have 1 playlist that has 7 songs on my shuffle -- and I would like for them to play in the order I designated when I made the list.
This shuffle is having none of that.
Is there a way to ammend this issue -- or a work around, such as changing track names or something?

Finally figured it out.
For anyone else seeking an answer to this issue: Set the three-way switch to the middle. This will tell the shuffle to play playlists in your preferred order.
