Photos are not uploading from iPhone to iCloud

I have an iPhone 6 and I'm using the iCloud Photo Library. Since I have turned it on, it has worked flawlessly uploading photos to iCloud until about 1 week ago. I have about 25 photos that aren't uploading. When I look in iCloud --> Photos in the Settings app, the times are ready to upload, they begin uploading, and then fail immediately. The process cycles over and over. Searching the web, I see several other people having the problem, but haven't found a solution yet.

Anyone else have this issue and get it resolved yet?
