i key in credit card info into my itunes apple id, it billed me USD1.00. Is this refundable?

Hi guys, just want to know whether the USD 1.00 billed to my credit card is refundable?

Its my 1st time to key the payment info and it billed me straight away for USD 1.00.

So it means that every time i want to edit the payment info, apple will billed me for USD 1.00? Thanks

It's an authorization hold, not a charge. If it doesn't disappear within a few days, contact your bank.
