I need to see exactly what I have in my Iphone6 Notes App, reflected on my Notes in my imac when I open the app!!! and its not working! very frustrating, Help please!!!

Have you turned the following on (with both logged in to the same iCloud account):
iPhone: Settings > iCloud > Notes
iMac: Apple menu > System Preferences > iCloud > Notes

But I checked and they're both turned on and logged into the same iCloud account.
Its still not working!!

There may be something in the following that will help: Syncing Notes on iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
Notes can come from accounts other than just iCloud. Go thru all your email accounts and check which Notes are selected and if the selections are the same on Mac and iPhone.
On Mac: Notes > Preferences > Accounts > check each listed account.
On iOS: Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendar > check each account listed.
