problem sending emails via outlook
I am using Outlook 2013 with the icloud integration for my emails on both my Windows 8.1 home computer and Windows 8.1 laptop.
About 4 days ago I found that I was unable to receive email but not send any. I keep on getting prompted for a password and when I entry the password I get prompted again.
I have uninstalled both the outlook and the icloud control panel and reinstalled from scratch and still have the same problem.
I have also turned off my firewall to make sure that there is no restriction from that preventing the sending of the email.
I have the same issue with my laptop.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
