icloud and outlook

I just installed MS Office 365 which uses Office 2013 - and specifically Outlook 2013. I have all of my contact info in iCloud and I can see these contacts in Outlook under "PEOPLE" - but, when I create a new email and click to "To" tab the iCloud Address book does not show up. What do I have to do to get Outlook 2013 to recognize my iCloud Address book that I can see and update in Outlook "PEOPLE"???
