When I try to import a raw picture taken by my Samgung NX1000, with the new apple app "Photo" on Yosemite 10.3.3, it seems that the app recognize the pictures on my SD Card, but when the app imports the foto it can't be read.
Is it, any way to import the raw pictures on Samsung NX1000, or any update on the fly to do that?

There is no way to work with the Raws from that camera in Photos or iPhoto. Raw support needs to be added on a camera by camera basis. Let them know you want it:

In the mean time you need to use whatever app that came with your camera.
