How can I correct the name assigned in icloud photo library? When I am in North Carolina it correctly labels pictures as Carolina Beach. When in West Virginia it calls my location District 4. That's not a town. It should be Elkview, WV.

Have i6, ios 8.3, Win 8.1 and fast internet service.

i have uploaded 700-800 pictures to the beta photo library. When they are displayed chronologically they are headed by a location id. the location id when in West Virginia displays District 4.It should be Elkview, WV. When I am in North Carolina it correctly labels pictures as Carolina Beach.

I assume it is generated by gps; but I don't live in a city limit. Post Office address is Elkview.

I see no apparent way to edit in ios settings or on the web page.
