Separate Sound Between Main Display and Secondary Display

How can i separately output sound between Main Display and Secondary Display.

For instance i want to output VLC Sound only on the second display with Video.

But i also want to output sound from my Main Display such as Youtube.

But both of them sound not interfere with each other.

VLC Sound & Video on Second Display Only.

Youtube Sound & Video on Main Display Only.
