I have created apple id but when I sign in to App Store It tell me to tap review and when I tap it I don't find my region. what can I do?!

There is no Iraq App Store. Apple does not officially do business in Iraq so you're not going to be able to create an Apple ID with an Iraq address. Sorry.
So, Is there any solution
Hope for a major shift in the political climate, move to another country or use the iPhone without an Apple ID. There are no other legitimate solutions.
