I'm trying to download a song and it keeps on coming up with error code -3529. Is there anyway to resolve this issue?

Hi. I also am receiving error code -3529 and followed through with support advice for timed out downloads by deleting the download under my documents/my music/itunes/itunes music/downloads/ then delete the download file appropriately labeled that's giving the problem ending in .tmp multiple times and hasn't fixed the promblem. Always freezes up when hits 1mb of download material. Any advice? And do you need any more info from me? I have highspeed cable internet connection.

Mine was freezing up a 1MB too. I don't know if it's a bug in the version of iTunes that we are using or what. But I have DSL and this is the first time that I've ever gotten such an error message before. You might want to try downloading it later though. What I did was logged out of iTunes, then when I logged back in I went to check for purchases and it started downloading.

Having the same problem for 2 days now. Has not resolved itself.

Trying to download My Immortal (Band Version) to Evanescence/Fallen

Three other songs I bought at the same time downloaded fine to this folder.

This song always get stuck at the 1MB mark

I've tried:
- Closing and restarting ITunes. Prompted for password, download restarts and hangs at the same spot.
- Restarting computer, then launching Itunes. Prompted for password, download restarts and hangs.
- Highlighted the song in the download folder and selected Delete from the File menu. Closed and restarted Itunes and selected Check For Purchases from the Store menu. Song started downloading again and hangs

I searched for the .tmp file mentioned, but didn't find it anywhere in my system( I have full admin priviledges)

Try this for a fix: While in the internet, choose TOOLS and INTERNET OPTIONS. Select the ADVANCED tab and scroll down to the Security section. Disable "Enabel Integrated Windows Authentication" by unchecking that item and hit APPLY button. Select OK and go back into the iTunes and get your music up and download again. This just worked for me and may be a fluke. Thanks for the comment about Microsoft not wanting to play fair with Apple or I wouldn't have looked there.

We had been trying for three days to get one song and my ISP was blaming Apple & visa versa. I'm off to go get a pat on the back. p.s.- I use Windows XP
