Back up the phone. Delete the app from your phone and from iTunes on your computer. Download the app using your ID. Restore the backup you just made. I think this will work, but I've never tried it.

Hi Apps & Data thats are downloaded with a Appleid cannot be moved to another id If you change Apple ID you have to download Apps again and pay for them. Cheers Brian
