"V0037" was not copied to iPhone (5)

My iPhone 5 won't sync. This is error message that I get. "V0037" was not copied to iPhone. Tells me my backup is corrupt or file missing so it can't sync. I have the latest software for iTunes and iPhone (8.3). How do I fix it and get it to sync again?
