Q: Why am I seeing my wifes call history and missed calls on my iphone?

For the past few days I am seeing my wifes call history and missed calls on my iphone. We are on the same icloud account, but have been for three years without problem. Neither of us have made any changes to the settings. It's only working in one direction; my wife does not see my call history. Any ideas?

iPhone 5, iOS 8.3

Can't be the problem. It just started happening

    So?

Why does that mean it can't be that?

I am also facing same issue. I have same Apple ID and iCloud on my and my Dad's phone. Never had this problem except for last 4 days.

HIs phone hanged up and he did a hard reset.

I have his missed / dialed calls fand FaceTime meant to be on his phone  on my phone logs; vice-versa does not happen.

No settings changed by either of us.

Dad's sitting 5000 miles away from me.

STOP SHARING AN ICLOUD ID. How hard is that to understand?

I'm not sure if people are still looking for a way to solve this problem. The fix is to call your service provider and disable NumberSync. Apple and AT&T added this feature in iOS 9.2 I think.

I have 3 iPhones on one 1 shared iCloud account and have been having this problem since I upgraded to 9.2. One of the iPhones is on Sprint and the other 2 on AT&T. I was having this issue only with the AT&T phones.

If you are not on AT&T, your service provider might call this NumberSync feature by a different name. Take a look at the features that are active on your account and see if you have something similar, and deactivate it. Hope this helps.

I also have AT&T, I checked my account online and also called AT&T and I don't have NumberSync enabled so unfortunately that is solution won't work for me. I understand the solution is to set up different iCloud accounts for each of the 4 phones on my account but what I find strange is that this issue is only occurring on the 3 phones that I purchased in the last few months although all the phones have iOS 9.2.1. Also, only the missed calls from say phone A show up on phones B and C but the missed calls from B and C don't show up on anyone else's phones, hope that makes sense. I called apply support yesterday and I was told to turn off Handoff on phone A (which I could've sworn I had already done but it was on when I checked) which I did and that seemed to solve the problem for a couple of hours but after that it started happening again. Wi-Fi Calling is off, Calls on Other Devices is off, and FaceTime has only their phone number checked. The only reason I only have one iCloud account is because 2 of my kids are still minors and they walk home from school and the Find My iPhone feature is a very reassuring tool.
