can´t see the app icon in itunes connect

Hi:

Even I purchased the developer membership when I sign in itunes connect I don´t see any App icon, I need to send an app but being the first step of this process is getting to the apropiate section by clicking this missing icon I can´t go on.

Can anyone help with this?

(forgot to mention, I really new with this whole process)
