Macbook Pro mid-2012 kernel panic report

Wondering if anyone can chime in on this: My wife's MacBook Pro, running OS X version 10.8.5, restarts frequently due to kernel panic attacks. The hardware test says everything's humming along fine, and yet the machine a doggedly slow and she experiences numerous restarts. The latest panic attack report is below. Your help and insights would be greatly appreciated. A note: The motherboard was replaced a month and a half ago (kids spilled water on the table and it pooled beneath my wife's Mac. The slow performance persisted prior to the motherboard upgrade. We just didn't get the kernel/panic attacks then); I upped the RAM from 4 gigs to 16 gigs two weeks ago; and I did a complete reinstall of the OS X 10.8.5 operating system a week ago.

The machine is current with all software updates. Thoughts? Might an upgrade to Yosemite help or hinder?
