iPhone 5 keeps telling me my Apple ID has been disabled.

This didn't work, am trying to update apps and it keeps telling me my Apple ID has been disabled

Then you need to contact Apple. No one here could help that. Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support
