At what point do I curse out Apple over the phone?
I have had an issue with my macbook screen being cracked for some time. I scheduled an appointment in order to go to the genius bar at the apple store which was a great distance from my home. I traveled to the genius bar and spoke with someone who though seemed helpful also looked at me like she was annoyed and didn't like her job. I held my composure because I have a real short fuse, especially that day after traveling so far. She told me they would send me an email when the screen for my macbook came in since it was an older model. It has been over a month and I never got an email.
With this said should I continue waiting or should call up Apple and curse some people off. I need this situation handled and apple seems too relaxed. Seems to me like they need someone to light a fire under their ***. This is unacceptable.
