How to get signal to work
the carrier update popped up and I cancelled it an, now my signal has stop working its won't let me receive or sent messages or calls, it only shows 5 clear circles.
iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3
Try to restart your iPhone. if this doesn't help, a reset may help. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
