I'm running iTunes 12.1.2.27 and whenever I edit metadata in the main window, the field I am editing goes completely white, making it impossible to see what I am typing. Has anyone had similar issues?

I had the same problem last week, and have same computer, operating system etc. as you. Somehow, magically all on it's own, it decided to work again this week! No idea why it left or came back, so I'd be interested to see an answer too in case it disappears again.
