Q: How do I get my tones from my 5, into iTunes, & on my 6?

Just upgraded from a 5 to a 6. I can see my ringtones on my 5 (settings/sounds/ringtones) but they are not in my iTunes library. How do i get them to appear in my library so that i can get them onto my 6?

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3, tones

i have already tried the itunes.com/restore-tones
no luck

didn't work ...
yes there were somethings that iTunes picked up but none of the ringtones
