I am being buried in messages from Apple! How do I turn this off?

You need to explain what messages you are receiving. You probably need to change settings in an app or in an online service.

Go to each of the areas you don't want to receive email from and click the Following button at the top right corner; if you're running ad-blocking software, you may need to temporarily disable it.

If desired, you can instead click here and turn off the email notifications completely.
