When making or receiving calls the other person can not hear me unless I put my phone (iPhone 6) on speaker. How can I fix this?

Contact Apple.

You should have warranty that will allow them to check the device & possibly replace it if it is faulty. Make a backup in iCloud or in iTunes before you go to an Apple store so they can erase & reset the device if necessary.
