latest version of app store 25-May-2015

I have Mountain Lion 10.8.5 and I am running App store 1.2.2 (129.16). Can anyone confirm the version is current?

When I check updates via the command line it tells me that "Mac App Store Update-1.0" is available but when I try to update I get the error.
