Strange HDMI Audio Output Issue 2015

Okay so I recently upgraded to a Macbook Pro 2015 13" (base model). I recently used the cdmi output to stream a movie and I am getting some very strange audio issues. The loudness of the audio coming out of my TV fluctuates. It will be really quiet and then increase in volume to where it is at the correct volume. Essentially it is fading in and out periodically.

I don't believe the issue is my cable simply because I use the same HDMI for other things and it works fine (PS4, 2011 Macbook Pro). So clearly the issue lies in my Mac and I am wondering what I can do to fix this. It only happens periodically it is not constant it is just every now in then. The cable is not being touched at all either which makes it more strange.
