im lost, itunes changed to icloud and lost some music

Hi i am new to this but i have a problem and don't know how to fix it. My itunes updated on my windows 7 and i have lost all my playlists an music i have copied/imported from cds. Almost all songs but about 7 have changed to icloud. The only thing i have done is moved a video to itunes on my ipad. Oh and on 4th ipod as i damaged last one. I need help as for work. Is this just the new itunes or have i done something?
