how to keep pictures in album and still deleting from camera roll
Does anyone know a simple way to delete pics from camera roll but still keeping some only in albums?

The albums you create on the iPhone only contain pointers to the pictures contained in the camera roll. There are not two copies, only one, and it is located in the camera roll.
You should be importing all pics taken with the iPhone to your computer regularly as you would with any camera. You can then sort them however you with and sync them to iPhone.
