why does FaceTime now work?

My iPhone 6 isnt showing when people are facetimeing me and when I try to FaceTime them jjust nothing happens, it has been like this for months now and is fully updated! I have tried to reboot my phone and I have changed my apple id I have no idea what is wrong! somebody help please.
