Obviously you haven't bothered to read any of the above replies, if you had you would know that these are user-to-user forums - nobody on here gas taken any money from your account.
Try looking at your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support
My son is trying to purchase some Pokemon coins and it says purchase can not be completed please contact apple support however we can purchase music and other things. He has apple card redeemed and credit card on our account.

Don't post your email address (unless you like spam emails), you already know that these are user-to-user public forums, not iTunes Support - I've asked the hosts to remove it.
You need to do as the message tells you to do and contact iTunes Support

If it's been more than 48 hours since you contacted them (and you've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on your email account) then try contacting them again :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag
- click on the Contact Support at the bottom of the left-hand column
- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
- then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

<Personal Information Removed by Host>
You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these forums (I've asked the hosts to remove your email address, it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum), and that this isn't iTunes Support, we can't potentially fix it for you. You need to do as the message tells you to do :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
Or use this form : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
