I bought an iphone 5 in UK, which is now an international version since i asked the carrier to unlock it for me. Now the battery goes bad and i would like to replace it in KL. How much it would be?

by default warranty is not international so repairs under warranty would be excluded to UK
if they will repair it out of warranty is something you should likely ask them in the apple store
Your iPhone is only serviceable in the UK
There is a battery replacement service available in UK or an out of warranty exchange

Actually, it can be serviced in any EU country, at least until UK withdraws from EU.
