Download delay at specific time of day

I keep having a problem renting and watching movies around 7:30pm mountain time. I can rent the movie without issue, but when I go to watch I get the message that my movie will be ready in 1-3 hours. The strange thing is I can go watch netflix, hulu plus, or HBO go without any downloading issues and get a good quality picture. I've also found if I try to watch the rented movie at an earlier time like 5:00pm it starts playing right away. Anyone else have this issue? Anyway to fix it? I can sometimes get things to work by resetting everything (appleTV, Time Capsule and router), but lately this doesn't help.
