I cant connect instagram to Facebook

Ive tried the method of deleting both apps and reset method and log in thru facebook but it doest work. Im updated on all my apps and even tried to use a cpu and still no luck, it doesnt give instgram permission uuder the privacy settlings. All im trying to do is follow my friends from facebook under the follow people tab in instagram its right above find conatcts. Those come up perfectly fine but as soon as i tap on find facebook friends it says Couldn't load results. Someone please help.
