Cannot download apps
When I try downloading apps, it shows "get" and follow by "install" and after I enter my Apple ID password, the icon changed back to "get".
What is wrong?

How are you trying to download the apps? If it's over cellular then you may be running into data issues. Cellular data downloads have a cap (20 - 50 megs I believe, depending on your carrier). Have you tried to download the apps over wifi?
