in Ipad air 2 wifi bought just 2 months back ios 8.3 updated.
whenever i try to open any website from safari or facebook it leads to the ad.adsmatte>goo.gl>youradexchange opens up in the same tab, it really not letting me to do anything.
Kindly help asap.

Yes it happens.
yesterday i went to the store and used stores wifi, there they removed facebook and download it again. Then for few websites it was not happening but again it started.
Is your device jailbroken, or have you ever downloaded apps onto your iPad from somewhere besides the App Store?
No my device is not a jailbroken and even whatever application i purchase is direct from itunes.
Even i reset the settings but still it occurs.

Try going to Settings > Safari > Clear All History and Website Data.
Did all the things. and even reset the whole ipad settings and connection settings also.
still same problem. from my side i tried all things possible i knew.
So this happens when you visit any website, even google.com? When you say you "reset the whole iPad settings" did you go to "Reset All Settings" or "Erase All Content and Settings?" If you have not tried the "Erase..." option, back up your data using iTunes on your computer or iCloud, then use that option. Set up your iPad again, and set it up as new, not from a backup. Test Safari. If the problem is still there, then you can go to "Erase All Content and Settings," go through the setup again, and this time choose Restore from Backup when prompted. If the problem goes away, then some data you had on your iPad is causing the problem, and you should not restore from the backup. You should reload important data manually.
I did only reset all and not erase all settings will try today the same.

I went to the store they format my ipad. and took back up then also it didnt work.
and again i did the same as u said but still it is not working.
Even in store they ask me to change the browser from safari to chrome still it happens the same as in safari.
