Share folder within a folder (permissions)

Lets say I have folder A (the main share) with 10 subfolders. I don't want all users to be able to access all of those subfolders, but I would like specific users to be able to access a one of those subfolders. If I share that subfolder when that users tries to connect to the server I get the prompt to mount the main share/volume and the subfolder share/volume, but it fails. I guess because of the permissions set in folder A (the main share). Is there way to mount that specific volume without giving them access to the main share? Is the only option to move that folder outside folder A?

Forgot to remove inherited permissions. After that it worked.
