My MacBook Pro says it is missing ".sudr" file

In the top bar of Finder, there is a "?" mark. On the right it says it is missing a "4-29-12at 12:49am.sudr" file. Is this a file?

I was on the Internet and had clicked a link. The screen darkened and I got a message saying I should reboot.

I tried but was not able to do an AHT diagnostic test. It just didn't work after subsequent reboots.

After I rebooted, I noticed the message regarding the missing link. Does anyone know what this is about and how to fix? I could probably get the file from my external backup drive. I don't believe I have my startup disks.
