alright today i removed windows 7 through boot camp. before doing so i cut and paste the folder to my machintosh hd, could of swore i did and saw it there. and now i cant find it. not even hidden folders. can i recover the deleted partition or is it still in my mac hd.

What folder are you referring to? Only way to recover the info would be using a data recovery program.
See if you can find the file using this program. If you go Finder/View/Show Path Bar, it will show you where it is located.
