I recently notice a scratch on my iPhone 6 screen. at the beginning I thought that it was a hair because is very thin, but I couldn't clean it as I usually do with my jeans.
Later I pay more attention and it kinda feel like a crack when I touch it with my nails. at this point I'm not quite sure if its a crack or a scratch,
The weird part is that has a shape like a semi circle.
So anyone...?

Nothing like that on mine. Whereabouts do you see this crack? Sounds like it was pressed up against something circular at some point. Maybe a button, a snap, or I don't know, a coin. Think about where you've put your phone. Your pocket? A bag? Sounds like it might have been in close quarters with something circular and was there long enough with enough pressure to leave a scratch/crack.
I don't recall anytime that I pressed it with any coin or anything like that on my pockets.
To give you a more clear idea of how it looks like, imagine a water drop that dries on a glass...
