Water damage after several days, is there anything I can do?
Three days ago, my iPhone 4s got slightly wet (I didn't think it was very bad), and immediately the screen became slightly unresponsive. It took several tries to swipe to unlock, and several letters refused to be typed. Random buttons here and there do not go through. I restarted it several times, updated it, and all of that. I took it to a Genius Bar, and the worker identified it as water damage. He said the only fix is a replacement. The phone isn't completely dysfunctional, but it is difficult to use when the screen sometimes doesn't respond. Is there anything I can do at this point?
