About tax refund

Dear Sir/Madam

I'm from Viet nam, and I want to order new macbook 2015 online. It will be deliver to my friend living in Singapore. Then when I travel to Singapore, I will take my macbook to Vietnam. Can I do tax refund at airport by using online bill?
