I have problems with my macbookpro as it keeps on rebooting because of kernel painic or some kind of panic that causes it to shut down and restart many times a day(about 2 times)

I just repaired my Macbookpro's hard drive connecting cable and now my computer has rebooted about 2 times a day.

My Macbookpro is a 13 inch mid 2012 model, not retina

Processor is 2.5GHz intel core i5

Graphics is Intel HD graphics 4000 1024MB

Memory is 8GB 1600MHz DDR3

The apps that have likely caused problem are Steam's Team Fortress 2 app hl2.osx, VirtualBox, Genymotion, Google Chrome

This rebooting happens when I was watching youtube, playing Team Fortress 2, using Genymotion and Virtualbox

The computer reboots after 5-10 minutes of usage, the screen freeze and turns black then reboots or I have to manually reboot it.

It is very annoying.. Can somebody help me please. I suspect it is due to kernel panic
