wifi problem in ios 8.3

hello i have iphone 4s 16gb after updating it from ios 8.1.2 to 8.1.3 there are very problmes facing by me first of all it is wifi problem it never shows any wifi option and then it turns grey i am very disappionted for plzz help me soon. i have restored my network setting but nothing happens 😟

Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

hey thanx for your advice but i have did this already but nothing happens 😟 but now i can turn wifi on but it does not show any wifi network. Plz help
