Cannot sync iPhone 6 via iTunes Wi-Fi Sync

I have checked 'Sync with this iPhone over Wi-Fi' and followed the necessary instructions from both my iPhone 6 and iTunes, but I still cannot wirelessly sync from my iPhone to my PC even though both devices are connected to the same wireless network. What do I do? Hopefully someone answers as soon as possible, and thank you.
