Something happened to my screen, HELP PLEASE

About the Mac:
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013, bought in early 2014)
Built-In Display, 13.3-inch (2560 x 1600)
Basically, around the border of the screen, there are these really weird things, I don't know how to explain them hence why I put a link up so you can see it, I don't know what to do with it, I just cleaned my screen and I noticed it, I think it's liquid that went inside the screen somehow, are there any ways that I could get it out or do I just need to get a new screen?
