Can I manage my iCloud storage on my iPhone from my Mac?

I lost my iphone 5s, and I haven't backed it up in weeks. I'm talking 15+ weeks. Not sure if this matters, but it's also in lost mode on Find My iPhone. I want to make sure I don't lose my most recent data so I freed some space by deleting older backed up files (3.7 GB worth). Now with the free space I want to make sure some specific apps are backed up, specifically my contacts and notes.

The question is: Can I use my computer to manage what apps and files are backed up? Is it even possible to back it up without it on me? Thanks!
