Final cut pro

When I import a film from my documents (dot.mts), sometimes the audio part deforms when I place the track in the timeline. Sometimes, so not always. What is the solution.
When I start the timeline, I hear a tap, like a tap on an LP. In the original I don’t hear anything like that.

Who has the solution.

DDon't use .mTSR files. Convert them to a production format.

Also it would be interesting to know whether there is anything different in the audio formats between the clips that distort and those that don't distort. Opening in QuickTime and hitting Command-i will give a very brief summary of that info. Or use an app like MediaInfo for a more complete report.
