I followed this article (Find and remove duplicate items in your iTunes library - Apple Support) carefully selecting one copy of each duplicate and deleting (a large number) Now, only one copy shows in iTunes, but it's greyed out and while it plays in iTunes, it doesn't sync to my phone. Any ideas on a fix?
