iPad will not play videos
wwhen on Sarfari and Facebook , video start to play then it will freeze blink dark and light. I have to do a complete shut down and reboot inorder to us other functions.

Did you try the hold the home button while holding the power button until the apple appears trick? I had this issue and this helped.
