I have 2010 iMac with 1 TB HD.
Boot camp and with help of boot (100MB ) is with windows 7.
After installing Yosamity 10.10.3 i can not boot to windows and get above message when i reach windows partition with use of " Start up Drive " choosing in OSx.
If you use Option keep at power up i only see OSx partion and recovery Drive.
I have tried to use fdisk to restore MBR without success.
HELP?

Go into recovery and open disk utility. Does it show 2 partitions or 1? Is the windows partition still there?
Can you post the output of the following OSX Terminal commands?
diskutil list
diskutil cs list
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

Can you also post the output of

This will show the first header block of the BC partition.

Your MBR matching the GPT is missing. The following steps rebuild the MBR by using the GPT as the source of most information.
Rebuild MBR to match the new GPT information thus resetting the Hybrid MBR. Use defaults for other questions (like partition codes). The only values that need modifications are the Boot flags and step 10. Accept all other defaults that Gdisk offers. Please see thesample Q&A as an example. These steps can be repeated if you make a mistake before you get to Step 12, otherwise start from Step 1 for these steps. Step 6 has numbers which are typed with a space between the numbers.

Test 1 - Does Bootcamp Volume show up in Finder?
Test 2 - Can you see files in Bootcamp Volume?
Test 3 - Can you select Bootcamp in System Preferences -> Startup Disk?
Test 4 - If Test 3 is successful, select Bootcamp and Click Restart.
Without doing anything i can answer at the end of suggestion
1. I do see bootcamp volume in finder
2. i do see folders and files in bootcamp volume
3. I can select bootcamp in system preference
4. when selected and reboot with boot camp selection leads to start of windows at reboot and screen stating system files missing. I have to reboot with option key to get to OSx partition.
Rebuild the MBR, it allows the CSM-BIOS layer to see MBR boot side of the disk. If you see a blinking cursor on a black screen, run Windows Startup Repair.
Test 1-3 depend on the GPT which looks fine. Test 4 failure indicates missing MBR and/or Startup Repair.
This solution did help rebuild MBR and boot manager does show at boot time with option key. It tried to boot in to windows but i had to reinstall Windows-7.
